2. Get your card numbers right

Ok here’s something you should know..

Just because you are inviting 100 guests, it doesn’t mean you will need 100 save the dates.

Wait what!?

Yes that’s right..

Out of the 100 guests; some are actually couples and families.

If you didn’t know, you can invite a couple or a family with one save the date.

By the sound of it, you may only need like half of that number (from your guest list).

Just in case anything happens though.. Make sure you order a few extra cards!

About 5-10 extra save the dates sound good to me..

Say if Lara can’t make it, you most likely would want to invite Peter to fill the empty seat.

3. Address the envelopes

You may be getting save the date postcards done so that means you can start collecting all the addresses from your guests now and get them ready for addressing later on.

It will honestly make your life so much easier!

If you are using your own envelopes, you can start addressing them and getting those stamps on.

Pour yourself and your hubby-to-be a glass of wine and make it a fun activity for both of you!

It may seem overwhelming looking at your guest list.. but you know what, it’s only stressful if you make it to be.

Why not make it a date night and get it all done together?

Wait there’s more..

Guess what!?

You can send your save the dates out as soon as they are done!

There you have it, 3 things you should do while you wait for your engagement photos so you can kill time now and save you time later!

So what did you think of these tips? I would love to know what you think 😀
