1, Do you ship internationally?

Yes most definitely, we’ve helped brides from all over the world. Simple put your shipping address at checkout and we’ll get your cards to you!

2, What are your payment methods?

We accept Paypal, Visa and Master cards.

3, How do I add my own photo and writing?

This is the easy part! We do all that for you.

All you need to do is choose your favourite design and proceed to checkout. Once you’ve made your order, you will receive a welcome email with instructions to send your photos and wording to us to get started with your design.

4, What cards do you print on?

Your cards will be beautifully printed on matte finish card stock.

If you are looking for something with a more luxury feel, you can upgrade to the velvet finish card stock. Brides absolutely LOVE this luxury option and say that they’ve never seen anything like it.

Both card stock weights 350gsm (or 16pt).

5, How many design changes can I make?

You have up to 3 free revisions. It will be $75/hour after that should you require any additional changes. Be sure to go through your design proof with your partner before sending us the new changes.

6, Can I see what my card looks like before you start printing?

Of course! We will never print your cards until you are 100% happy with the design (i.e. you’ve given us the OK TO PRINT to move forward).
You can expect your first design proof within 48 hours. Turnaround time may vary during any public holiday season.

7, How long will my cards take?

After receiving your first design proof within 48 hours, it depends on how well we communicate with each other. Your design can be finalised between a day to a week. Turnaround time may vary during any public holiday season.

Once you’ve given us the OK TO PRINT, you should expect 5-7 business days for your order to arrive. Express shipping is available upon request.
